Zoological Museum

The Zoological museum of the city of Strasbourg (Musée zoologique de la ville de Strasbourg) is located in a Neorenaissance building built between 1890 and 1893. The zoological collection belongs to the city of Strasbourg and is administered by the University of Strasbourg.

The most important part of the collection is represented by the natural history collection of Johann Hermann. The totality of the museum's collection includes:
