Watching an event in the Opéra national du Rhin is a real highlight wenn staying in Strasbourg. And there is another advantage: the big cultural offer of the opera can be enjoyed in other Alsatian towns as well.

The "Théâtre National de Strasbourg" or national theatre of Strasbourg has a varied and large programme. As part of the "Centre Dramatique de l'Est", founded in 1946, the TNS is since 1968 a unique place for French theatre.

The Zénith in Strasbourg is one of the most important event locations in Strasbourg and big concerts by international artists take place here.

This cultural centre Le-Maillon has been founded in the newer district Hautepierre in 1978.

Gastronomy and entertainment at the same time are possible near Strasbourg, in the small town Kirrwill, where the revue theatre Royal Palace is located.
