The cheese shop "La Cloche à Fromage" (translation: the cheese cover), managed by the family Tourrette, has several branchs in Alsace and France and offers about 120 different sorts of cheese, e.g. the following:

Besides French cheese, the dealer offers cheese from other European countries as well, like for example from the Netherlands, Italy or Greece. René Tourrette and his son are educated in the production of cheese and experts in production, storage and other questions concerning cheese. The shop is not only a cheese boutique, but also a restaurant where they serve aromatic cheese dishes with wine and bread.
